Hand Crafted Mugs

Build your own unique Stoneware Mug! Our staff will help you with raw stoneware clay, provide instruction to help you create a one of a kind design. No piece will fire the same! This project is a 12+ event. . All Stoneware pieces are dinnerware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe after firing. Your mug will be left with us for 2-3 weeks to ensure the clay has enough time to properly dry before firing. Ticket price does include return trip to glaze with specialty glazes and fire.

New Option available – Would you rather have our staff glaze your piece? You can now add the staff glaze option to your piece by adding the ticket to your order. You will choose from our “Glaze Recipe Book” before you leave the studio and we will professionally glaze your piece and text you when it comes out of the 2nd firing! This ticket covers our standard “recipes”. Custom glazing and/or advanced techniques (like the peacock technique) will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our events. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to
accommodate those changes as efficiently as possible. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests,
we have outlined our cancellation policy below:
1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticketed events are non-refundable. We carefully plan and
prepare for each event based on the number of attendees, and as a result, we cannot offer
refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
2. Rescheduling with Notice: If you are unable to attend an event and would like to reschedule,
you may do so by providing at least 3 business days’ notice. This notice period allows us to
adjust our preparations accordingly.
3. How to Reschedule: To reschedule your ticket, please use our automated system. Visit our
homepage, scroll to the bottom, and click on the link labeled “Reschedule My Ticket.” Follow
the prompts to request a voucher for rescheduling your event.
4. Voucher Validity: Upon rescheduling, you will receive a voucher valid for 30 days from the
date of issue. Please use your voucher within this time frame, as it expires after 30 days.
5. Using Your Voucher: Your voucher can be applied to book any future event of your choice,
subject to availability. Keep in mind that the event must occur within the 30-day validity
period of your voucher.
