Refund & Cancellation Policy
Party Reservations are non-refundable. We will reschedule your event with a minimum of 10 business days notice in order to give us time to schedule another event.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Our studio will follow Uptown Christiansburg’s weather closing protocol. Should Uptown Christiansburg close due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event. If we are unable to find a suitable reschedule date, you will receive a studio credit for any deposit paid in advance.
