Transfer of Tickets

You can transfer your event ticket to someone else prior to the event without penalty.

Seating and attending as a Group

We guarantee that everyone who has purchased a ticket will be able to attend and be seated at the event. Depending on the event format we may not be able to keep everyone in their party together. It may be necessary to separate large groups into smaller ones or have individuals sit with others at a shared table. However, we make every effort to accommodate people and ensure that their party can be kept together. Help us help you and contact us at least 24 hours in advance at paintnfunceramics@gmail.com to let us know of any seating arrangements you would like to have.

Refunds and Exchanges for Parties

All Sales are Final. For workshops we offer a 100% voucher with a minimum of 10 business days notice or a 50% voucher that can be applied to another event if you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled event.  If you need to reschedule with 10 or more days notice, you can initiate your own voucher from your ticket confirmation email, or from the bottom of our main page on the website. Guests giving less than 72 hours notice, or no shows will not receive a store voucher.  If you are unable to attend an event please email us at paintnfunceramics@gmail.com to notify us in writing no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled event.

Pottery Wheel Classes are limited to 4 guests. If you are unable to make your scheduled pottery wheel class and provide a 5 business day notice, you will receive a voucher less a 50% reschedule fee. Guests providing less than a 5 business day notice will not receive a voucher

Deposits for Private Parties are non-refundable. You can reschedule your event without penalty with a minimum of 10 business days notice allowing us to attempt to fill your time slot with another party. Rescheduling with less than 10 days notice will incur a 50% reschedule fee. Party cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit.

Participation in any Adult or Child Events

It is the intent of Paint ‘n Fun Ceramics to provide a creative, safe, productive and positive learning environments for all clients. This includes eliminating disruptive behavior so that all participating clients can enjoy their time in the store.  Disruptive behavior will not be condoned and I understand and allow Paint ‘n Fun Ceramics to determine on their own if I or my child must be removed from any participating event because of disruptive behavior.

I understand that some of the activities at Paint ‘n Fun Ceramics are inherently dangerous and I am participating willingly and fully informed of any potential risk of injury. I understand that if I or my child participates in any event at Paint ‘n Fun Ceramics, I agree to RELEASE from LIABILITY, INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS Paint ‘n Fun Ceramics, its owners, and employees.

Photographs and Video

I understand that Paint n Fun Ceramics reserves the right to photograph or video individuals present in these events,  classes, and throughout the store.  Photography and video taken on premises may be used in a promotional capacity including but not limited to print materials, web site, print, social media, online or out of home media and other medium now or later developed.

Description of Event Reservation Insurance:

Event Reservation Insurance offers attendees’ peace of mind when booking tickets for our exclusive, non-refundable events. It ensures that your investment is protected in case of unexpected circumstances that may prevent you from attending. It also prevents our business from a loss due to circumstances that are neither your fault nor ours. We spend considerable time and effort preparing in advance for our events, which costs us time and money.

    • Flexibility to reschedule your attendance without financial loss.
    • Assurance that your ticket investment is safeguarded.
  2. Coverage Details:
    • Rescheduling coverage for reasons such as illness, emergencies, or unforeseen obligations.
    • Options for rescheduling attendance without penalty for last-minute situations.
    • Reservation Insurance does not apply to Art Camp Reservations.
  3. Policy Terms and Conditions:
    • Reservation Insurance must be purchased at the same time your ticket is originally purchased. Ticket insurance cannot be added once ticket purchase is complete.
    • All of our ticketed events offered online can have ticket insurance added at the time of making your reservation. There is no refund of event reservation insurance if not used.
    • Details on how to file a claim: Your request for use of your ticket insurance must be made in writing via email to info@paintnfunceramics.com at least one hour prior to the event start time. We will not accept event reservation insurance claims over the phone or claims made less than one hour prior to the event – no exceptions.
  4. Cost:
    • Only $7.50 per ticket for Canvas Classes, Wood Signs, and PYOP Ticketed Events
    • Only $9.50 per ticket for Clay, Pottery Wheel Classes, Sea Glass, and Resin Projects

How to Obtain Event Reservation Insurance:

    • Option to purchase event reservation insurance during the ticket booking process.

    • Event Reservation Insurance prevents our business from a loss due to your unexpected illness, emergency, or unforeseen obligation and saves you from losing your complete ticket investment. This helps to ensure that both you and our business are protected from loss.
