• Time: 6:00 PM – Please note, we will start promptly at 6:00. Please arrive early to order food and beverages (sold separately) We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before 6 so that you have time to get your seat, put on your apron and get comfortable before we begin. guests who arrive 15 minutes or more late for the event will not be allowed to disrupt the class and will not receive a refund.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticketed events are non-refundable. We carefully plan and prepare for each event based on the number of attendees, and as a result, we cannot offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

• Rescheduling with Notice: If you are unable to attend an event and would like to reschedule, you may do so by providing at least 3 business days’ notice. This notice period allows us to adjust our preparations accordingly.

• How to Reschedule: To reschedule your ticket, please use our automated system. Visit our homepage, scroll to the bottom, and click on the link labeled “Reschedule My Ticket.” Follow the prompts to request a voucher for rescheduling your event.

• Voucher Validity: Upon rescheduling, you will receive a voucher valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please use your voucher within this time frame, as it expires after 30 days.

• Using Your Voucher: Your voucher can be applied to book any future event of your choice, subject to availability. Keep in mind that the event must occur within the 30-day validity period of your voucher.
