All ticket Sales Final – You may reschedule your ticket using our automated system with at least 3 business days notice. Due to advance preparation and staff time, no credits will be issued with less than 3 business days notice. Ticket sales end on March 19th, 2024 to allow us time to prepare for the event.

Wine & Food may be purchased separately at the venue. Food and Wine are not included in this ticket purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our events. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to
accommodate those changes as efficiently as possible. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests,
we have outlined our cancellation policy below:
1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticketed events are non-refundable. We carefully plan and
prepare for each event based on the number of attendees, and as a result, we cannot offer
refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
2. Rescheduling with Notice: If you are unable to attend an event and would like to reschedule,
you may do so by providing at least 3 business days’ notice. This notice period allows us to
adjust our preparations accordingly.
3. How to Reschedule: To reschedule your ticket, please use our automated system. Visit our
homepage, scroll to the bottom, and click on the link labeled “Reschedule My Ticket”. Follow
the prompts to request a voucher for rescheduling your event.
4. Voucher Validity: Upon rescheduling, you will receive a voucher valid for 30 days from the
date of issue. Please use your voucher within this time frame, as it expires after 30 days.
5. Using Your Voucher: Your voucher can be applied to book any future event of your choice,
subject to availability. Keep in mind that the event must occur within the 30-day validity
period of your voucher.
