Build your own unique Stoneware Mug! Our staff will help you with raw stoneware clay, provide instruction to help you create a one of a kind design. No piece will fire the same! This project is a 8+ event. . All Stoneware pieces are dinnerware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe after firing. Your mug will be left with us for 1-2 weeks to ensure the clay has enough time to properly dry before firing. Ticket price does include staff glazing of 1 Stoneware Glaze color from available colors in studio. 

Handcrafted Stoneware Bird Planter

Join us for a delightful day of pottery and creativity at our Handcrafted Stoneware Salt & Pepper Shakers with Caddy Workshop. This event is perfect for anyone who loves to add a personal touch to their dining table or is looking for a unique, handmade gift. This is a 2 part class. Your first class will focus on hand crafting your project. You will return in approximately 2 weeks during any of our regular walk-in hours to glaze your piece. Class is appropriate for ages 13+

Designing Your Bird: Learn how to design a unique planter using our templates. We'll cover design elements like shape, size, and functionality to ensure your planter is not only beautiful but also practical.

Hand-Building Techniques: Our expert instructors will guide you through the hand-building process. You'll learn various techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab construction to shape your bird into a beautiful planter and work of art.

Surface Decoration and Texturing: Explore different ways to decorate your planter. This includes adding textures, carving designs, or experimenting with our unique clay stamps.

Glazing and Firing: Choose from our range of glazes to give your set the perfect finish. After glazing, your creations will be fired in a kiln, making them waterproof and perfect for your plants to thrive.

Take Home Your Masterpiece: Once your set is fired and ready, you can take it home to add a personal touch to your home decor or give it as a unique, handcrafted gift.
